RETURN POLICY

For sanitary reasons, certain brands & products are ineligible for a refund or exchange, including all products by Flying Bird Botanicals, Cuppa and Co, Four Sigmatic, Hum Nutrition and Shhh Silk, along with all toothbrushes, tongue scrapers, makeup brushes & sponges, dry brushes, hair brushes, facial rollers, hair scrunchies, water bottles, tea infusers.  We also do not accept returns for any books.

All sale items are ineligible for return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.  Urban Pearl Collective will only pay for shipping if the item you received was damaged at delivery or if the wrong product was accidentally sent.

To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@urbanpearlcollective.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason you would like a return

We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which we will ask you to include in your shipment back to us in order to process.  Please also email us the tracking # of your returned package.  Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition and if your return is approved, we will either refund or credit your account, whichever is applicable.

Please note, we do not refund or credit shipping costs from the original order.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships out. 

We offer USPS ground shipping and UPS overnight & 2 day shipping.  The rates vary per item(s) in your order and destination.  Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

We are based out of Raleigh, NC and ship within the US, (including Hawaii & Alaska) and Canada.

We offer free ground shipping for domestic US orders over $150.00.
