Rose Matcha Latte with Collagen

Here’s a quick rundown on what matcha, rose, collagen and manuka honey (the star ingredients in this latte) can do for you:

Rose Matcha Latte with Collagen

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour hot water into cup and add 1 tbsp of rose buds or rose petals.  Let them steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. For a hot latte, warm milk and add to cup.  For an iced latte, pour milk directly into cup.
  3. Break apart the capsules of Collagen Love over your cup, letting the powder fall in.

4. Add matcha, honey and brewed rose bud/petal water (you can leave the actual rose buds/petals out) to your milk.
5. Whisk, whisk, whisk away until your drink is completely blended.

  • 1/2 tsp Manuka Honey (Wedderspoon from your local grocery store)
  • 3 tbsp Rose Buds/Petals (Rose Dose available at UrbanPearlCollective.com)
  • 2 tbsp hot water
